		<description>It seems that it may be a consideration to have manufactureres of products that impact negatively to the environment to either take them back and properly dispose of them at the end of their usefull life or add a small fee to the product to produce a central disposal site that items can be sent to for proper dismantling and disposal at end of it&#039;s life cycle.</description>
