Hi, I’ve the same problem and the bad thing is that I can’t charge the iPhone with the original cable owned whit the bt headset kit.

On Falcons you could see the power on the sticker on the box (175W). Jasper should requre less power and therefore a lower watt number on the sticker.

You’d have to open the 360 and examine it to be sure, AND you’d have to know what you are looking for.

No one on that website could prove them being Jaspers, they just went along and reported claim having it because of the lot# (manufacturing date)!

Sorry, but in my book that still isn’t proof!

just installed the Griffin Clarifi case over the Invisible Shield - looks great.

As I expected, sliding the phone into the case with the back of the Shield installed was a bit tight, but pretty simple to do.

I like the design of the new Clarifi case and the magnifying glass that slides over the existing lens definitely improves macro photos with this phone.

Just installed mine yesterday - for me there were air pockets on the back corners that just didn’t seem to want to go down, nor did the flaps that wrap around the top corners. So I kept holding them down but that didn’t work either. But as Fred indicated, as it dries, the Shield and starting clinging onto the phone and when I held the air pockets and flaps in place, they finally “adhered” to the phone.

This was my fourth Invisible Shield application to an iPod device - I love the product.

I just installed my Invisible Shield for iPhone 3G (front and back) and the Griffin Clarifi case I ordered from apple.com is on route today. I’ve always been a big fan of the Shield and have installed it on every iPod that I have. The Elan case looks great, but the updated Clarifi case has that magnifying lens for macro shots.

I did apply the back of the Shield with the thought the Griffin case might scratch the back during install - although I’m thinking that may make it harder to slide in…maybe a little bit of soap will help ease the installation? Anyways, I’ll update once I’ve tried it…and Jason, those stupid flaps were a pain in the ass but they did finally behave

I’ve just installed mine. The front is easy enough, but the back is extremely time consuming. I thought I’d leave a helpful hint.

The corner’s didn’t seem to fit, and the taper near the base on the back caused massive issues. However, carefully continuing to try applying the shield eventually works. As it dries it seems to shrink onto the phone, and the corners fit much more snuggly :)

my new 3 g phone with the latest software updates as of 9/23 wont let me listed to voicemail in my car. when i hit the audio button i get a choice of phone speaker on the phone of “bmw03030″ ( my bluetooth connection in my car ) I cant hear any of the voicemails and have to toggle back to the phone speaker or listen on my phone which is now illegal in California.

Any fixes out there or anybody else have this problem?

My iphone screen has gone blank. but i can still accept calls cuz i know where the accept button would be. But the screen gets hot fast cuz it doesn’t go black it stays white. I dunno what to do. Please help. On top of everything im in Jamaica so I cant get it fixed anywhere around here.

While I won’t go so far as to say it’s a toy (I do get real work done on it, and the entertainment rewards are great) I’m on the same page as far as limitations like no to-do (or note) sync, no week view for calendar, and at the top of my list of dumbest oversight of a missing feature found on every other smartphone in the world - the lack of cut and paste. one small correction: you can search for contacts, though not for info within contacts, which stinks. And let’s not forget the inability to search within your email accounts or reorder emails by subject or sender, as I am sometimes want to do. Still, the iPhone is a spectacular mini computer that does a whole bunch of things right, but still doesn’t do a couple of things every other smartphone in the world can (and should) do, so here’s to hoping Apple and third-party developers continue to make it smarter and smarter rather than continue to dumbly ignore features that are still missing, as described above.

The iPhone 3G is a toy. It’s not for work.
- It’s not possible to search into contacts, notes or calendar
- It takes ages to add a task into calendar
- There is no “week” view for the calendar
- cut, copy, paste are not available
- it does not synchronise todo lists and notes with outlook

If you want a PDA for work, find an old palm pilot from the previous century, it’s much more usefull.

But for listening music, playing games or drink a beer with iPint, it’s great !

Upgraded to iPhone 2.1, for me its the buggiest release yet. I frequently get “No Service” which only a reboot of the iPhone will fix. Also, 2.1 seems to draw more power. I now need to charge my iPhone every day, as opposed to every 2nd day previously.
